Sake Martini
Yields one serving
30ml gin – choose a premium dry gin
15ml Lillet Blanc – a light, herbal fortified wine
15ml sake – select a smooth, medium-bodied variety
Pour the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake into a shaker, include a generous scoop of ice and mix for half a minute until cold. Filter into a pre-chilled martini glass and present.
